|About the Workshop|
|An introduction to the physical, energetic and mental practice of prenatal yoga. In this workshop, we learn how prenatal yoga helps prepare your body (physically), breath (energetically) and mind (mentally) for pregnancy, labour, delivery and motherhood. |
With an emphasis on moving, breathing, meditation and relaxation, this programme teaches mothers-to-be how to relax when they experience discomfort. A valuable tool to be learned and developed to help during pregnancy, labour, delivery and motherhood.
As your body changes during pregnancy so should your practice. Attending prenatal yoga classes specifically designed for your body and your baby is the best.

|About Morgan Smith|
Nothing truly prepares you for a journey that is ongoing and forever evolving. Dreaming under the summer stars as a child, travelling the world as a twenty-something, studying with a Buddhist Master, randomly meeting her husband on an airplane, having a magical marriage and a beautiful child were all stepping stones for this moment in Morgan's life - and then the next step occurs. Morgan's life is forever evolving and her continuous lessons from yoga have taught her that everything she does is, in essence, yoga.
Morgan believes that not every class has to have a 'verbal lesson'. Often times the best lessons come when one learns to truly feel and experience what is presented in front of them - how to shift, breathe, transition, relax, listen, and be open. A tangible experience that can be applied off the mat, always keeping in mind that yoga is a progression and starts from a solid foundation.
Morgan's unconditional love for her students - and life in general - comes from the belief that 'everything is either a lesson or a test', and this belief shines through in all of Morgan's classes. Whether you're flowing together in vinyasa, learning to breathe in prenatal, or conditioning yourself to release in yin, you are learning to embrace the process of life's lessons. Morgan also believes that yoga is not a single person 'sport'. Practising yoga builds relationships, develops friendships and bonds you with like-minded people who gravitate towards one another, and the opposites learn from each other. Morgan will forever be a student and feels truly blessed to be able to share her teachings with the community at Pure Yoga.
